The Display House
Mixed-Use Commercial + Residential – Banda
With its golden-toned façade and sleek vertical elements, Golden Front creates a bold retail identity while quietly housing a private residence above. The design uses double-height glazing for the showroom, framed by metallic fins and warm light, ensuring visibility and elegance from the street.
Above, wooden screens and a terrace with pergola shade define the residential level — calm, private, and beautifully contrasted from the commercial base. The building brings together functionality and aesthetics, offering a seamless blend of livelihood and lifestyle in one refined structure.

The HoneyGold Showroom
With a façade crafted like a jewel itself, HoneyGold Showroom draws inspiration from the hexagonal geometry of honeycombs—symbolizing precision, repetition, and elegance. 3D-lit cubes punctuate the honeycomb grid, giving the elevation rhythm, identity, and visual sparkle, especially during evening hours. The façade doubles as a landmark, framing a bold display window and inviting entrance.
The client envisioned a retail space that didn’t just sell jewellery but looked like jewellery. The design responds with a vibrant architectural expression that blends symbolism and commerce — balancing ornamentation with structure. Every visitor walks into an environment that feels as curated and crafted as the products on display.

The Modular Nucleus
Compact, efficient, and immediately functional — this structure reimagines the temporary site office as a refined architectural pavilion. Clad in neutral tones and articulated with clean horizontal lines, the design balances privacy and transparency using boxed frames and recessed glazing. Its visual language speaks of clarity and speed — exactly what a real estate developer requires at the frontline of construction.
The client needed a low-cost, movable structure that didn’t feel makeshift. The design was tailored to serve as a multi-use command center—welcoming investors, coordinating logistics, and holding team briefings. Every inch was designed to work hard, feel intentional, and communicate reliability from Day One.
