Urban Plinth House – Punahur, Banda
A strong, grounded form that rises from the land like a plinth, this residence uses volumetric separation to define private and public realms. Rectangular blocks interlock with subtle offsets to create shaded entries and rear balconies. Natural textures and minimal color were used to create a grounded, earthy composition.
The client required a home that supported both entertaining guests and retreating into solitude. The planning accommodates this duality—offering a large social entrance zone and a quiet family wing at the rear.

Linear Horizon House – Gayatri Nagar, Banda
This residence is planned with clarity and order, featuring a linear flow that connects indoor and semi-open areas along a central spine. Long horizontal lines, understated textures, and defined spatial layers lend the structure a minimalist elegance. The facade is composed with framed openings that create rhythm without excess.
The clients envisioned a low-maintenance, light-filled home that would accommodate both family interaction and solitude. The layout reflects this — with open gathering areas toward the front and more private, calm zones to the rear. Materials were selected to be timeless and durable, requiring minimal upkeep.

The Quiet Terraces – Banda
A residence defined by receding masses and shaded terraces, this project explores layering through the articulation of setbacks. Each level responds to sun orientation and site context, with carefully proportioned fenestration and roof overhangs enhancing thermal comfort.
The client’s brief focused on creating spaces that allowed them to spend time outdoors while remaining within the home. The multi-level terraces act as both transition and destination spaces for work, play, and pause.

The Fractal Courtyard – By Pass Road, Banda
This residence follows a central courtyard concept, where spatial volumes radiate around an open-to-sky core. The interplay of voids, terraces, and vertical slits allows filtered sunlight and cross ventilation to enrich the interiors. With clean lines, muted tones, and climate-sensitive planning, the home embodies a timeless modernity.
The client approached us with a vision for a multigenerational home that brings everyone together while still offering zones of solitude. The design uses transitional spaces—verandahs, lightwells, and shaded edges—to connect family members through spatial rhythm while maintaining personal comfort.

Urban Verve
This residence explores verticality within a constrained urban plot. The façade is sculpted with layered balconies, window frames, and shading elements that project rhythmically across the elevation.
The client wanted to keep compact zoning for multiple users — including elderly parents and other members — without losing social connectivity. The final layout uses split levels, corner cutouts, and open-to-sky terraces to balance privacy with interaction.

The Twin Axis House – Bangalore
A geometrically bold residence, this project is arranged along two strong axes — one social, one private — intersecting at a light-filled double-height volume. The use of elevated massing, floating roof lines, and patterned fenestrations gives the house a striking presence from the street. Interior planning ensures fluid movement and zoned privacy.
The client, a mid-career professional with growing space needs, desired a design that felt modern yet rooted in functionality. The house was designed to allow flexibility in use over time — with a private family wing and an adaptable front zone for guests or work-from-home integration.

Courtyard in the Fields – Mahoba, Banda
Rooted in rural site dynamics, this residence opens up to the rear greens while shielding the front with a discreet, closed elevation. The internal planning revolves around a central spine leading to open verandahs and semi-covered family zones.
The client wanted a peaceful and introspective home. Prioritising ventilation, garden views, and zero maintenance, the design used exposed brick and cast-in-place concrete to ensure both comfort and longevity.

Quiet Geometry
This residence finds strength in symmetry and restraint. The façade is formed by intersecting geometries—one solid, one void—crafted to frame silence and light. A rhythmic grid of openings and structural outlines provides order, while shadow gaps lend softness to the composition.
The client envisioned a calm, minimal home that could stand gracefully over time. In response, we created a space where design disappears into experience—sunlight moves through carefully proportioned voids, while each room opens into serenity.

The Modular Nucleus
Compact, efficient, and immediately functional — this structure reimagines the temporary site office as a refined architectural pavilion. Clad in neutral tones and articulated with clean horizontal lines, the design balances privacy and transparency using boxed frames and recessed glazing. Its visual language speaks of clarity and speed — exactly what a real estate developer requires at the frontline of construction.
The client needed a low-cost, movable structure that didn’t feel makeshift. The design was tailored to serve as a multi-use command center—welcoming investors, coordinating logistics, and holding team briefings. Every inch was designed to work hard, feel intentional, and communicate reliability from Day One.

The Ascend House - Atarra, Banda
A composition of rising forms and subtle recesses, The Ascend House is sculpted to play with movement—both visual and physical. Angular parapets, layered balconies, and elevated voids carve a vertical rhythm into the façade. Materials were chosen to reflect light softly, while built-in shadows bring the house to life across the day.
Created for a family embracing both tradition and modernity, the home adapts to changing routines and generations. Terraces become sky gardens, stairways lead to quiet corners, and the roof feels like a destination—elevating not just form, but the everyday experience of living.

The Boxed Silence
A contemplative home cloaked in simplicity, this design expresses strength in silence. Bold rectangular volumes interlock with subtle reveals, while the elevation offers restrained openings that protect from heat and street noise.
Designed for a client who values stillness, the house uses framed courtyards and layered buffers to mute the city and amplify the inner world. The architecture is not loud—it listens, holds, and gently reveals.

The Shadow Grid House
Gridlines, offset frames, and perforated screens define this elevation, allowing the façade to breathe and change with time. Daylight dances through layers, creating a kinetic pattern of shadows that soften the home’s strong edges.
The client asked for a home that felt light but was deeply rooted. In response, the architecture blurs the line between enclosure and openness, letting nature draw its own patterns across the walls.

The Earthen Geometries
With a façade shaped by geometry and grounded by texture, this residence uses elemental materials and quiet forms to establish an earthy, elegant identity. Angled massing, deep reveals, and framed projections provide both character and climate response.
The family behind this home sought calm—spaces to meditate, gather, and reconnect. We responded with soft transitions, internal courtyards, and framed skylight moments that allow daylight to enter like poetry

The Boulevard House
With its symmetrical massing, ornamental railings, and soft-toned façade, Casa Urbana 38 presents a formal, dignified face to the street. The design uses layered balconies, recessed lighting, and a golden-toned entrance to create a structure that’s understated yet refined. Textured detailing and rhythm in the vertical elements give the elevation a quiet classical elegance.
The project was envisioned as a self-owned multi-storey residence, offering each floor to family members across generations. The client sought comfort, privacy, and identity without ostentation. The result is a home that rises with purpose—one floor at a time—while maintaining a single architectural soul.

Stone Frame Home – Jhansi
With a strong visual identity framed by geometric overhangs and stone-textured façades, this residence plays with mass and void to create both privacy and intrigue. The design layers spaces vertically while maintaining visual continuity across levels.
This project was envisioned for a mid-sized family who wanted a design that combined elegance with security. Enclosed front elevation and layered balconies were customized to their need for seclusion without compromising openness at the back.

White Frame House - Ghaziabad
A Bold, architectural monolith expressed entirely in white—this home uses light, lines, and layering as its language. Boxed balconies and full-height vertical cuts animate the front elevation while maintaining visual privacy. It’s modernism expressed with measured discipline.
For a client from a professional background, clarity and composure were key. The residence was designed as a refuge from the urban rush—a place where simplicity is luxury, and stillness is the core.

The Mirror Axis Plan
Crafted within a tight urban footprint of 20' x 40', The Mirror Axis Plan is a response to symmetry, efficiency, and day-to-day adaptability. The layout unfolds linearly — from parking to living, dining, kitchen, and sleeping zones — all calibrated for maximum light and flow. The mirrored layout creates visual balance and structural economy, making it ideal for side-by-side dwellings or plotted developments.
The clients envisioned a compact, practical home that didn’t compromise on modern comfort. This plan meets those needs with intuitive zoning, cross-ventilation, and essential privacy — all layered with just enough architectural rhythm to elevate everyday living into something graceful.

The Trade Tower - Banda
Positioned boldly along the city’s commercial spine, The Trade Tower retail vibrancy with residential serenity. Defined by its address and identity, the structure builds upward from a glazed storefront into a vertical composition of framed wood textures and clean stone accents. The central glazed core anchors circulation while acting as a visual axis for the entire form.
Commissioned as a hybrid revenue property and residence, the client sought a design that would stand prominent on the street yet remain efficient and adaptable. The lower level showcases the client’s brand with clarity and openness, while the upper floors offer quiet, comfortable living — layered, elevated, and distinct.
